She has demonstrated client dedication since 1995, with her four-footed friends, through "Paws of Purrfection", her full service pet sitting company. Shelly turned her Purrfect service into Perfect service in 2002. By May 2003 she was awarded the Top Industry designation for over 2 million home sales since January of that same year. She was also inducted into the prestigious President's Club in her first half year in real estate! An achievement that takes most Realtors many years to accomplish. She continues to earn this designation, most recently being honored as the OAR President's Sales Club recipient in 2005. In early 2004, she was presented with the Silver Award for $5,000,000-$9,999,999 in volume or 36-69 transactions in 2003. She also received a Rising Star Award! Shelly is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Real Estate Academy. She graduated in 2003 with top honors and was recognized for her first place position in listing and sales volume. Shelly sold over $4,000,000.00 of real estate in 10 months. She worked with Better Homes & Gardens from 1988 to 1990 as a full time Realtor and as a Property Manager from 1990 to 2002. Her extensive knowledge and experience from these varied areas, allows her to offer her clients a thorough understanding of all aspects of the real estate market.
